Required Health Conditions
In order to dive all divers must have all No's to the following question. If any answers are yes then a doctors clearance is required to dive.

_____ Do you have a history of ear disease, hearing loss or problems with balance?
_____ Do you have a history of ear or sinus surgery?
_____ Are you currently suffering from a cold, congestion, sinusitis or bronchitis?
_____ Do you have a history of respiratory problems, severe attacks of hayfever or allergies, or lung
disease?
_____ Have you had a collapsed lung (pneumothorax) or history of chest surgery?
_____ Do you have active asthma or history of emphysema or tuberculosis?
_____ Are you currently taking medication that carries a warning about any impairment of your
physical or mental abilities?
_____ Do you have behavioral health, mental or psychological problems or a nervous system
disorder?
_____ Are you or could you be pregnant?
_____ Do you have a history of colostomy?
_____ Do you have a history of heart disease or heart attack, heart surgery or blood vessel surgery?
_____ Do you have a history of high blood pressure, angina, or take medication to control blood
pressure?
_____ Are you over 45 and have a family history of heart attack or stroke?
_____ Do you have a history of bleeding or other blood disorders?
_____ Do you have a history of diabetes?
_____ Do you have a history of seizures, blackouts or fainting, convulsions or epilepsy or take
medications to prevent them?
_____ Do you have a history of back, arm or leg problems following an injury, fracture or surgery?

Your respiratory and circulatory systems must be in good health. All body air spaces must be normal and healthy. A person with coronary disease, current cold or congestion, epilepsy, a severe medical problem or is under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed on the tour. Be able to lift your head up and down. Be able to breath without assistance from medical equipment. If can not walk in and out of water you must have someone with you to assist you in and out of the water. May not have a history of severe back/neck problems or recent surgeries are prohibited from the tour. By checking, you claim that you and/or your group have consulted with a doctor and are in good health to snorkel. No refunds offered due to not disclosing a health issue.
Booking

I signify that I understand there is a chance the original date or booking time may be modified if ocean conditions are unsafe, or in case of a system glitch or personal staff emergency, etc.

Location
​
All dives are done from shore there is no boat. We have dive locations all over the island. The Location varies on the ocean conditions and time of year. and may be changed last minute due to safety or change in ocean conditions. You meet the minimum health requirements for the tour. If you have any health concerns or medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate, consult with your doctor before making this reservation.

Reschedule only

Rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled tour. If you wish to reschedule your booking, please inform us at least 72 hours before the scheduled time. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee availability for your new preferred date and time. No-shows: No-shows will not be eligible for a refund
